TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENT• Payments in USD via Paypal invoice• Commissions can be paid upfront or 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.• No refunds (unless i'm unable to finish the artwork).

GENERAL TERMS• Clear and detailed visual references are highly recommended for more accuracy.• While I'm working on your commission at each stage, I will send you updates (sketch, lineart and rough colors, and final).• During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress, and these images will usually include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece.• The amount of reviews depends on the complexity of the work.• Major changes (composition, pose, etc.) are not allowed after the sketch phase.• While I'm working on your commission at each stage, I will send you updates (sketch, lineart and rough colors, and final).• You get 2 minor revisions on the lineart stage and in the final commissioned piece. Any more, there will be an additional revision fee.• Depending on the queue and complexity, commissions may take 1-2 months to be completed.

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY• The artwork is strictly for personal use (posting, gifts, personal prints) and cannot be used for commercial purposes.• You may not use the art in any AI training program.• The artist retain the copyrights over the commissioned artwork.• I hold the right to publish the commissioned artwork on my social media unless requested otherwise.• I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
